What we’ve learned over the years in retail is always be ready for something different. Spanish Fort Town Center falls into the realm of an out of the ordinary property so they need service that works with their offerings. The good news is, SiteMan for Retail is so flexible and customizable, they didn’t have to worry about making it work for their unique property. Another primary initiative for Spanish Fort is to build their email list so we put in place effect list building elements using best practices. The lesson to share is don’t let not having a list stop you from starting one. If you are organically list building, allowing optional opt ins and providing subscribers with useful information they are expecting to receive, it’s a win win.
